deposeth and saith as followeth. videlicet.
To the 1 and 2 articles of the sayd allegation This deponent saith that the arlate<br />
William Webber Englishman whom this deponent hath well knowne<br />
for these two yeares last past or thereabouts in the moneth of<br />
November last past 1653. did lade on board the sayd shipp the<br />
''Anne'' whereof the sayd John Haynes then was master) then lyeing<br />
att Brest - and bound for Waterford in Ireland, one pipe<br />
of brandywine, one butt and one hogshead of vinegar, and 1/3 part of one<br />
butt and of one pipe and of three hogsheads of white salt all without<br />
markes for his owne Accompt to be in the sayd shipp transported<br />
to Waterford aforesayd and there to be disposed of by him this deponent<br />
(who went Supracargo in the sayd shipp) for the sole accompt<br />
