To the 19. hee referreth himselfe to his foregoeing deposition, And saith there<br />
were three bills of lading all of one tenor signed by this deponent for and concerning<br />
the whole shipps Cargo, and saith the said bills were made in the names of<br />
Hance van Bermingen and Elias Turcken ffactors residing at Dantsicke, to<br />
whom this deponent was to deliver his said shipps lading for the accompt predeposed.
To the 20th hee saith hee had 14. eaters aboard his said shipp, three whereof were<br />
Zealanders and the rest all Easterlings as hee beleeveth
To the 21. hee saith, his said shipp was to make her full discharge at<br />
Dantsicke aforesaid.
To the 22th hee saith hee had a Passepoart aboard his said shipp from the<br />
Queene of Sweden and an attestation from Dunquirke, both which were<br />
true and reall/
To the 23. hee saith hee had no more but the Swedish Colours aboard his said<br />
shipp at the time of her seizure.
