sworne and examined saith and deposeth<br />
as followeth. videlicet.
That he this deponent being in the Bay of Cadize with his sayd<br />
shipp the ''Sampson'' rideing att an anchor in the sayd bay, in the<br />
beginning of October last past one John de Windt a merchant<br />
of Cadize laded upon and there aboard the sayd shipp ''Sampson''<br />
to and for the use and Accompt of his sayd Majestie the Kinge<br />
of Spayne the severall and respective parcells or sackes of<br />
wooll hereafter specifyed. that is to say. four and twenty<br />
sackes of wooll marked with the first marke in the margent
