To the 5th Interrogatorie hee referreth himselfe to his foregoeing deposition<br />

yeares or thereabouts sworne and Examined<br />
deposeth.
To the first article of the said Allegation hee saith and deposeth<br />
that hee this deponent well knoweth the producents Andreas<br />
Matson and [X]lack Colvin who hee saith within and for all<br />
the tyme arlate and for the space of theise twelve yeares<br />
last or thereabouts have bin and still are and ought to bee the<br />
true and lawfull owners and proprietors of the said ship<br />
the ''Gabriell'' arlate and of her Tackle apparell and furniture<br />
And for such they the said parties for and dureing all the said<br />
tyme predeposed were and are comonly accompted reputed and<br />
taken which hee knoweth to bee true because hee this deponent<br />
was and is Master or Commander thereof and was soe constituted<br />
about two yeares since by the said producents who of his knowledge<br />
did marry two sisters whose father built and was owner of the<br />
said ship and at the tyme of his decease which was about 12 yeares<br />
since the said ship amongest what goods and Estate was by theire said<br />
father in lawe given into the said producents, since which tyme they have<br />
quietly and peaceably enioyed the same and upon all occasions sett her forth to<br />
sea. And otherwise hee cannot depose.>
