To the 5th Interrogatorie hee saith that h … To the 5th Interrogatorie hee saith that hee knoweth the box wherein<br />
the papers interrogated now are but whether the said papers were<br />
found abord the said ship when shee was seized hee knoweth not<br />
nor doeth hee knowe of any writieings or bills of ladeing which<br />
were or are torne throwne over bord or otherwise concealed. And<br />
further hee cannot depose.
To the 6 Interrogatorie hee saith that the said ship the ''Stockholme''<br />
set saile from Stockholmne upon Easter Monday last and soe sailed<br />
from thence to Saint Ives in her ballast only and without any goods<br />
at all in her according to the [?decision] of the<br />
said owners given to the said Sybrant Jellis And otherwise<br />
hee cannot depose
To the 7th Interrogatorie hee saith that hee knewe the Interrogated Peeter Trosse<br />
And otherwise answereth negatively to every part of the said Interrogatorie
To the 8th Interrogatorie hee saith that the said Peeter Trosse is factor for<br />
the said Owners but saith hee had nothing to [XXX] this ship in this<br />
her present voyage.
To the 9th hee cannot depose.
To the 10th Interrogatorie hee saith that the said Salt was laden abord the<br />
''Stockholme'' by a Merchant at Saint Ives that spoke the Dutch Tongue<br />
but whether hee was a Portuguese or a dutchman hee for his part saith<br />
hee knoweth not.
To the 11th Interrogatorie hee saith that the said ship is of the burthen<br />
of above two hundred lasts And otherwise hee cannott depose
To the 12th Interrogatorie hee saith that the said ship the ''Stockholme''<br />
arrived at Saint Ives upon the second of June last new stile and came<br />
from thence about the latter end of the same moneth. And further<br />
hee cannot depose.
To the 13th Interrogatorie hee answereth negatively to every part thereof.
To the last Interrogatorie hee saith that there were three other ships in<br />
Company with the ''Stockholme'' when she was seized and whereof<br />
was a danishe ship and the other two were Dutch. And further hee cannot<br />
depose saveing that the said Danishe shippe came only with the ''stock=''<br />
''holme'' in company from Saint Ives.
