Ad 13um deponit et dicit that at the tyme arlate the Easter<br />
most Anchor of the shipp the ''Phillip'' arlate had a buoye<br />
with a sufficient buoye Rope fastned unto it And the said<br />
Buoye dod usually beare up at three quarters tyde - which<br />
hee knoweth hee this deponent well observeing the<br />
same then and att severall tymes as hee passed by with<br />

knowe whether or noe the ship the ''Saint Jacob'' sate upon<br />
the said ship the ''Phillips'' Anchor, but he saith that<br />
after a little space the said Claeson found the said<br />
Anchor and perceaved that his said ship was cleare<br />
thereof, and did thereupon call out in dutch (which this<br />
deponent well understandeth) to his company in a great<br />
deale of ioy and told them that his ship was cleare of<br />
and did not touch the said Anchor. premissa deponit<br />
hee this deponent being then abord the said dutch shippe<br />
and seeing the said Anchor cleere and free from<br />
touching the said shippe as aforesaid and saith<br />
that the same was then at the least 3 foot distant from<br />
the said shippe Et alr nescit
