for him and not otherwise and beleeveth<br />
that in the yeare and monethes arlate<br />
the five Barrills o Indicoe arrested<br />
in this cause on the behalfe of this<br />
Rendent were in the possession of the<br />
arlate Martin Lister together with John<br />
ffairefaz and humfrey Sidney all<br />
factors of this Rendent and as his this<br />
Rendents owne goods and for his owne<br />
Account and that they were sent to them<br />

to bee disposed for his Account and for<br />
his best benefitt and advantage And<br />
hee beleeveth that the said Lister ffaire=<br />
