shall not bee by them ended within the time aforesaid
Then the Judges with the consent of the said Harris
and alsoe of the said Mr Suckley did demurr
etcetera assigne this cause to sentence upon wednesday
next in this place in the afternoone and
monished the proctors on both sides to bee then
and there present./.

Smith}

Which day appeared personally the said
Edward Bushell and acknowledged that
this cause is agreed and consented that
the securitie entred in this Court on the
behalfe of the said Barnard bee discharged
And thereupon the Judges did decree the
Recognizance entred into in this Court on the behalfe
of the said Barnard to bee released and discharged
And did release cancell discharge and lake void
the same./.

the said Michael Spiecer and
left in the Registry of this
Courte the summe of nineteene
pounds thirteene shillings and foure
pence in full for the customs of the
same Pipes of Wines in this cause
controverted and consented that the same bee
delivered to the said Travers upon his acknowled=
ginge the receipt thereof which said summe
of nineteene pounds thirteene shillings and foure
pence hee the said Travers presently after
receaved and acknowledged the receipt thereof in
full for the Customes of the said Tenne Pipes
of Wynes./.

desired this cause to bee
againe assigned to sentence in
the presence of the said Budd
dissentinge and givinge an allegation
in writinge which hee desired to
bee admitted the said Clements dissentinge etcetera
Whereupon the Judges assigned to heare their order
upon the admission of the said allegation upon this
daye sennight and in case the same bee not to
bee admitted to heare sentence the same time at
the petition of Clements./.
