amd turned the said John Drake and Company out of her and
have since disposed of the same at theire owne will and
pleasure and have overthrowne the said voyage And
the said shipp the Providence was and is of the
burthen of Twoe hundred and ffiftie Tunns or thereabouts
and the said shipp her Tackle appurtenances ffurniture
and the Coales and other goods and provisions aboard
her were at the time when the said Albert Myler
and his Complices and associates seized the same worth
the summe or value of Twoe thousand pounds sterling
and that they have suffered losse and dammage by
being deprived of the said shippe over and above the
then value of her to the summe of 500 li yett hee
layeth of any other summe et cetera And that the said
shipp the Saint Julian and her Tackle and ffurniture
and all the ffreight due for the service of the said
shippe and all the goods that were in her arrested
by authority of this Court did att the time of the
said arrest belonge to the said Albert Myler and
James Smith and others their Complices and associates
whoe tooke away the said shippe the Providence as aforesaid and to the said Griffin and Company
owners of the aforessid shipp the Michael in which
the said Albert Myler and his Complices and
Associates when they tooke the said shippe the
Providence
