Which the Judges at the petition of Clements published
the depositions of the witnesses on his parte produced sworne
and examined and decreed copies to both sides in the presence of
Smith dissentinge./.

to be monished to appeare the sixth day after if et cetera
to answeare to the libell given against him in this cause

him administred John Aldis to whom the Judges
administred an oath to speak the truth at the
