whome the Judges administred an oath upon the
holy Evangelists to make a true answeare to the
allegation given against him and then the said Cockaine
gave in his answeare which he acknowledged to be true

Which day the Judges upon hearinge the
proofes made in this cause and upon
consideration had of the same and hearing the
Councell on both sides did declare that they
did condemnne the said Reymond in damages to
be liwuidated by this Court and in expences./.

for the said Thomas Chelston in the sume of 200 li
of lawfull money of England to the Lord Oxinsterne
CGastavus Horne and others to answeare the action
commenced against him and to pay what he shalbe condemned
in with expences of suite in case he shalbe overthrowne
and to bring forth the said Cheston in Judgement and the
said Chelston obliged himselfe et cetera in the same summe and to the
same effect and to save his said sureties harmeles And unles
et cetera./.
