Ad primum et secundum arlos deponit et dicit That hee hath knowne Mr
Justico one of the producents above these seaven yeares last and the other two
Producents but of this voyage, and the producents hee saith are the owners
of nine sixteene parts of the shipp the Edward arlate, of which the arlate Thomas
Southin is master and the reputed owner of the other sixteene parts of the said ship
and as and for the owners of the severall and respective parts they the
producents and Master are commonly accounted reputed and taken. And the
said shipp hee saith was lett out to freight from this port of London for Virginia
to carry, and did carry passengers, and other goods thether, which premisses
hee deposeth and knoweth ffor that hee was Steward of the said shipp
the said voyage and went and returned in her to this Port of London
