Ad 4 et 5un arlos et schedulam in [?XXXX] [?XXXX] et [?annexXXX]
deponit that after the said affreightment the said shipp went from
Venice and this deponent in her to Zant, where there were laded aboard
her in or about March last for the account and adventure Mr Pourteen
and Mr Watts (with whom Mr Gelthoff is partner as aforesaid)
thirtie one buts and thirtie one [?Cacortels] of currance, all marked

as in the margin with the first and second marke, and thence the said
shipp proceeded to Gallipoli, and this deponent in her, and there were
there laded aboard her in or about Aprill last for the proper account
of the said Alderman ffoote as aforesaid one hundred sixtie three
caskes of oile greate and small, containing four hundred twenty

two [?sXXXXXs] and three [?stXXXXs] all marked with the third marke in
the margin, all to be transported to London for the foresaid respective
accompts, albeit that the name of Angelo del Oglio of Venice
be used to colour the said goods of the said Alderman ffoot, which was
done to secure them from the enemies of this Nation in case of
being met with by them, and saith that the respective bills annexed
No. 2. 3. 4. were and are each of them one of the tenor
and originall bills for the said respective goods, and the contents thereof
were and are true (reddens rationem for that hee saw all the said
goods laded and bills signed), saving the name colourably used to the
end aforesaid of the said Oglio, in the marke of which oiles
the [?XXXXX] imployed to marke it with [?XXX] [?irons], by error put the O
before the A. Et alr nescit.

Ad 6 arlum et schedulam 5am annexorum deponit that the said shipp
in her passage from Gallipoli for London, touching at Legorne
there were in or about the beginning of June last there laded aboard
her by the arlate Robert ffoot and Beniamin Childe two bales of
kidd skinns, which this deponent received, and had order from them
to deliver them to the said Alderman ffoot at London for their the said
laders accompt, and this deponent gave them a note under his hand
for the same, which hee saith was and is the said fifth schedule
and was and is subscribed by this deponent, who the better to preserve
the said foods from seizure by ffrench or dutch marked them with

his owne marke as in the margin. Et alr nescit, saving the contents
of the said note are true.

Ad 7 arlum deponit that for the more securitie of the said goods and
voyage the said Ravenscroft and this deponent procured a passe from the
English consul in Venice, purporting the said goods belonged to
the said Ravenscroft an Englishman and were bound for London.
And in Legorne there was by the said Robert ffoot a certificate obtained
from John ffinch Resident in fflorence with the Grand Duke
of Tuscany to signifie that interest of her said shipp and
goods was in English or to that effect, and there were bills firmed
by this deponent to the same purpose which were proforma [?XXXXXX]
to secure the said goods against the Turkes in case of being met with
by them, and there was alsoe an English Ensign carried as hee saith
in the said shipp to the same purpose. But hee saith that in their
course for London about thirteen leagues short of this Lands end
