To the 12th hee saith the said man of warr the time aforesaid had six
peeces of ordnance and above fiftie men as hee estimated their number,
and was well provided of ammunition and all other warlike necessaries
as hee understood, and had a square or broad sterne, whereas the
ffalcon is but a small vessell and had noe guns greate or small or
other armes or defense, and her company consisted but of five
persons, namely the master and foure other men, and were noe wayes
able to give the man of warr any resistance, or to hinder them from
doing what they pleased.

To the last hee saith the ffalcon had noe armes or defense, and for
the reasons afore yeelded hee knoweth that the said man of
wars company tooke away all such goods as are wanting and gonne
and that neither the ffalcons master nor any of her company tooke any.

Sailor, one of the company of the
ffalcon aged seaventeene yeares or thereabouts sworne
and examined.

To the first article of the said allegation hee saith and
deposeth that about seaven weekes since (the time otherwise
hee doth not now remember) the shipp arlate the ffalcon tooke
in her lading of linen cloth pipestaves and other goods at
Hamborowe bound therewith for this port of London,
which hee knoweth being one of her company and helping to
lade the same. And otherwise hee cannot depose.
