To the Interrogatories.

To the first hee saith hee was Stiersman of the said shipp ffalcon as
aforesaid and is worth an hundred Rix dollars of his owne estate, and
that his wages were not by contract wholly payable before the end of the voyage
which wilbee at the shipps retourne to hamborow. and saith it was about eight
of the clock in the evening or night that the said man of warr came upon
her and met with her. And otherwise hee referreth himselfe to his foregoeing
deposition hee cannot further answr, saving hee hath received halfe his wages at his
