Transcription

River of Elve in the harbour of hamborough, And further cannot depose./:-

To the 3. and 4th hee saith hee knoweth nothing thereof./

To the 5: hee saith, That hee this rendent was at Cadiz in the yeare
interrate, and saith, that the shipp the Salvador departed from the {?XXXX}
towards Cadiz this deponent then being in her about the middle of October 1651. last past, and arrived at
Cadiz about a moneth after such their departure, this deponent all that while
serving as aforesaid in the said shipp Salvador, and being in and aboard her
the time of the seizure of the shipps the Salvador Saint George and Sampson
by the English/:-

To the 6th hee saith, hee hath seene the shipp Saint George interrate onely [?once]
at hamborough since the yeare 1642. interrate, as is predeposed, And never
saw her at Amsterdam, of his knowledge./
