Transcription

in the schedule arlate specified and was then really and truely
worth the sayd respective prizes schedulate And further to these
articles hee cannot depose./

To the 6th hee saith hee referreth himselfe to the Registrie of
this Court and further hee cannot depose./

To the 9th hee cannot depose./

To the last his foregoeing deposition is true./

To the Interrogatories./

To the first hee saith hee cometh to testifie in this cause at the
request of the producent hamond to whome hee was a aservant
at the tyme of the deliverie of the respective parcells of beefe predeposed
of and to the rest of the Interrogatorie hee answereth negatively./

To the 2 hee saith hee sawe and heloed to deliver the respective parcells
of beefe predeposed of videlicet the 200 the 500
the 400 1/4 amd 12 pounds delivered in 1653, and the three parcells of 500 lb
a peece delivered in 1654 and alsoe the forementioned parcells of
500 1/4 and 26 pound predeposed of, to the Company of the Sisters
who tooke it into the sayd shipps boat, but where the sayd
shipp laye the tyme Interrogate hee knoweth not And further
saving his foregoeing deposition hee cannot Answere./

To the 3 hee saith the parcells of beefe by him predeposed were delivered
fresh, and this deponent sawe them all weighed and saith some of
the parcells of the sayd Carey was himselfe present at the delivery of
them to his shipps company, and that hee have order for the delivery
of the rest (at which hee was not present) to his shipps company and
further saving his fregoeing deposition hee cannot answere/

To the 4th 5th 6th 7th and 8th hee cannot answere knowing nothing touching the
contents of them./ nor having heard any thing to the effect Interrogated./
