...And saith that within the sayd tyme he the sayd
producent by his factpors did lade aboard the shipp Saint George whereof the arlate
John Martinsdorp is Captaine the six barrs or peices of sylver of the first
marke in the margent, and allso two large barrs or peices of sylver of
the second marke in the margent, all in the bay of Cadiz for the accompt
of the sayd producent and upon his adventure to be transported from Cadiz
to Ostend and there to be delivered to him the said Hembeck his factors or
Correspondents for his Accompt, the premisses this deponent knoweth
being present and aboard the sayd shipp att the tyme the sayd six barrs or peices
and the sayd two barrs or peices arlate were laden aboard the sayd ship in
the bay of Cadiz for the Accompt aforesayd, and saw and tooke notice thereof.
And otherwise saving his subsequent depositions he cannot depose.
