of Antwerp for his silver in the Sampson}
Salvador and Saint George.}

Examined on the allegationa nd schedule
on the behalfe of the said Pinquett.

John Moller of Antwerp Merchant aged
22 yeares or thereabouts sworne and examined

To the first second and third articles of the said alleagtion and to the
schedules therein mentioned nowe showed unto him hee saith and deposeth
that hee well knoweth the producent James Pinquet and hath
soe done for theise two yeares last past, during which space hee hath
dwelt and still dwelleth in Antwerp and was and is a subiect of the
king eof Spaine, and for such commonly accompted and reputed which hee
knoweth having for that time lived alsoe in Antwerp, where the said
Pinquet keepeth his wife and familie, and that the said Pinquet is
commonly accompted a fflandrian borne. And further that this deponent
