To the tenth hee saith that the said Maximilian da [?hogha]. David
[?Molanstein] and ffrancis de la Sierpe as hee hath heard have dwellt [?twelve]
yeares and upwards in Cadiz, and hee this deponent hath knowne them
there dwelling for 6 yeares last, and that the said Maximilian
da [hogha] is a native of Ipres, and ffrancis de la Sierpe of dunquirke
in fflanders, and the said David Molanstein of hamburgh and were
and are commonly reputed subiects of the kinge of Spaine and none
of them subiects of the States of the United Netherlands or ffrench kinge.
