To the 8th article hee saith and deposeth that hee the said producent
and his agents by his appointment within the space of two yeares before the
said lading of the said silver and plate aboard the said respective shipps did
send and consigne severall goods and merchandizes to a greate valew from
Antwerp, Ostend and other places in the Netherlands of the proper [?accompt]
and adventure of the producent to the said Maximilian de [?hogha],
David Malenstein and ffrancis de la Sierpe to Cadiz in Spaine, which
came in safetie to their hands, and that at the time of the said lading
the said respective parcells and quantities of silver and plate predeposed
the said three factors at Cadiz had goods and effects of the said goods
in their hands to a greate valew, and this hee saith was and is [?alsoe]
true and publique, which hee knoweth being acquainted with the [?sending]
thereof, and the letters and answers sent and received concerning the
same. And otherwise hee cannot depose.
