The claime of George Boschaert marchant of}
Antwerp for his silver and plate in the Sampson}
Salvador and Saint George. Budd. ffrancklin}

Examined upon the allehgation and
schedules on the behalfe of the
said George Boscaert.

John Moller of Antwerp, Cashier of the partie
producent aged 22 yeares or thereabouts sworne and examined

To the first article of the said allegation hee saith and deposeth that the
producent George Boscaert for all the time arlate hath and doth
drive a constant trade from Antwerp to Cadiz and Saint Lucar for silver
and plate, and for all that time had ad hath factors and correspondents
at Saint Lucars and Cadiz for that end and purpose, and for a marchant
usinge that trade hee the said producent was and is commonly accompted
and reputed, which hee knoweth being his cashier and servant and living
in house with him and having soe donne for severall yeares last past,
And otherwise hee cannot depose.

To the second article hee saith and deposeth that the said producent George
Biscaert within the said time by his factors and agents at Cadiz in Spaine
laded and caused to be laded aboard the shipp the Sampson (Otto George)
the shipp the Salvador (Christian Cloppenburgh master) and the shipp the
Saint George (John Martenson dorp master) then lying at or neare
Cadiz and bound for Ostend arlate the severall abd respective quantities
of money plate and silver hereafter mentioned, videlicet aboard the
said shipp the Sampson three barrs of silver weighing 371 markes and

marked with the second marke in the margin, conteayning in the whole one
thousand peaces of eight namely five hundred in each bagg, and one
barr of silver weighing 123 markes and three ounces, and six small
packetts and eleaven peaces of silver in the same weighing 111
markes and 7 ounces, being together two hundred thirtie and five markes
and 2 ounces, marked with the third marke in the margin, and fifteene
