To the sixth and seventh he saith that the arlate Ann Muitinx was and is by
Common repute a Native of fflanders an Inhabitant of Antwerpe and a
subiect of the King of Spaine, and by like common repute the sayd Ann and
Margaret Brudgmans were borne and bred in Antwerpe and there have
lived continually, and are subiects of the King of Spaine and so
accounted and heyres of their sayd mother, who is dead as he hath
heard and beleiveth, And further he cannot depose, saving that the
sayd moneys did really belong to the sayd Ann Muitinx being bought
with her goods, and laden for her Accompt as aforesayd, and that noe
subiect of the States Generall of the United Provinces or King of
ffrance had or hath any share or Interest therein. And further he
cannot depose.

To the 11. 12 and 13. he saith Hjeronimo Brudgmans sold flanders lace and
other goods att Sevill for the Accompt of his mother being her goods
as he told this deponent, and the sayd Hjeronimo Brudgmans and Diego
Maistre his servant did both of them acquaint this deponent at Cadiz that
the moneys interrate were the proceed of the sayd Ann Muitinx goods,
and were laden for her selve accompt and Risko. And further saving
his former depositions he cannot depose.
