To the Interrogatories in the second place [CENTRE HEADING]

To the .1 and .2. he saith It is prohibited to transport sylver and moneys
out of Spaine without license, and in case any unlicensed sylver
be taken and caught before transpportation, the Judges of Spaine
have Order from the King of Spaine to punish the Owners of such
sylver as the [?XX] of their owne goods, which he saith is to force
the sayd Owners to make their Composition. and somuch he saith
is commonly knowne and beleeved by such as use to trade in the
ports of Spaine. And further he cannot depose.
