To the .12th he saith he was present and heard Jacob Bassiliers in behalfe
of his mother Joanna Vandebergne give order to Lorenzo develes to lade the
aforesaid Clumpe Pina or Pig of sylver and two barretons of sylver for his
mother Accompt as aforesayd and otherwise negatively.

To the 14th he saith he hath severall tymes heard the sayd Lorenzo develes say
att Cadiz, and likewise a shipboard before the seizure that he had severall
effects in his hands of the merchandizes of fflanders for the Accompts of the
sayd Peter and Andrew Annakach, and of Joanna Vandenbergne in the Indies
which he had sold there and that the aforesayd large barr, pinna and 2 barretones
of sylver were the proceed of the sayd merchandizes, and saith he heard him
the sayd Lorenzo Veles likewise say att Cadiz that he the sayd Lorenzo had
receyved the sayd Cochineale from the hands of ffrancisco [?Corodge] interrate
and that he had expresse order to carry them to fflanders and there to dispose them
to the use and Accompt of the sayd [?Cairodg]. And further he cannot depose.

To the 15th he saith he is a native of Bridges in fflanders and an Inhabitant
of Sevill in Spaine, and saith he hath noe interest of relation in or to any of
the sayd Claymers nor or property or insurance in any the sayd goods or sylver
and saith the restitution thereof will not be any benefit or advantage to him
this deponent.
