To the seventh he saith that the sayd Ann Muytinx whilest she lived was a
fflandrian, an Inhabitant of Antwerpe where by common report had lived
most of her tyme, and was a native of fflanders, and dyed att Antwerp
And saith the sayd Ann and Margaret Brudgmans were and are her
daughters and heyres, borne and bread in Antwerpe and there have
constantly lived by common report, and there they now live and keepe
their house and family of this deponents knowledge having bene lately
there, and were and are subiects of the King of Spaine and so accounted
And further he cannot depose.

To the Crosse Interrogatories. [CENTRE HEADING

To the first he saith that he was aboard the Sampson as a passenger att the
tyme of the sayd seizure, and came aboard the sayd shipp att Cadiz.

To the second he saith that he hath knowne the sayd Anna and Margaret
Brudgmans personally and by sight onely two moneths since or thereabouts but
by Correspondencyes and their letters to this deponents sayd master three yeares
and upwards. and otherwise referring himselfe to his foregoeing deposition
he cannot depose.

To the third he saith that Hieronimo Brudgman a native of Antwerpe as factor
for Ann Muytinx his mother sent this deponent a native of Bridges being
his servant and Peter Claessson a Spaniard a Boatsman in Claes to kade
the sayd moneys, and the same was laden in the day tyme and receyved
aboard by the sayd Captaine Otto George.
