To the sixth he saith that the sayd John Mexia de Herrera whom this deponent hath
knowne for these nyne yeares now past is a merchant of Toledo
and is commonly reputed to be borne att Temblick within the Territories of
the Archbishop of Toledo and hath bene all his tyme and is a subiect of
the King of Spaine as is arlate and so accounted. And further he cannot
depose.
