And otherwise cannot depose

To the eighth, hee saith and deposeth, that the Shipp the morning
starr arlate being after the lading aforesaid in her course for
Dunquirke or Ostend was mett with and taken by certaine shipps
of this Commonwealth, and at the time of the taking thereof two
bills of Lading concerning the silver and moneys predeposed, together
the said silver and money then being aboard her were seized and
taken and came to the hands and possession of the seizors and
Officers of this Commonwealth, which hee knoweth being Mast[er]
of and aboard the said Shipp at the time of the said seizure. And
otherwise cannot depose./

To the last who saith,his foregoing depositions are true:/

To the Interrogatories [CENTRE HEADING]

To the first hee saith, hee hath bin Commander or Master of the shipp
Interrate for about five yeares past, and came first on board
her at Hamburgh. And otherwise referreth to his foregoing deposition./

To the second hee saith, he knoweth not the Interrate Pinquett save or
by relation, he hath knowe the interrate Peter Janson de Younghe for
ten yeares last and upwards, and the interrate David Klincker for
about 5 yeares last, and saith the said Peter Janson de Younghe was
in Companie with this deponent at Cadiz in the voyage interrate, but
not the said David Klincker. And otherwise cannot depose:/

To the third hee saith, that y interrate Peter Janson and David Klincker
did by barquiers send or cause to be sent the silver and money in question
aboard the shipp interrate. And at hee beleeveth the said Peter Janson de
Younge and David Klincker are ffactors to the interrate Pincquett. And
otherwise cannot depose.

To the 4th hee saith the said Peter Janson and Klincker are fflandrians
by birth and so commonly reputed, the said Peter having lived as a
ffactor at Cadiz for theise 10 yeares last, and David Klincker at
Sevill for about 5. yeares of this deponents knowledge. And otherwise
cannot depose:/

To the 5th hee saith he cannot now remember whether the said silver
were taken by day or by night, or whether himselfe his Stiersman or
Purser received the same, one of them sometimes receiving the goods sent
aboard and sometimes another. And otherwise saving his former depo[sition]
hee saith he cannot depose.

To the 6th hee saith, hee this rendent did signe the bills of lading Interrate
according to the time of the respective date of each, but whether on
(board
