Janson de Yonghe and David Klincker for all the time of this deponents knowledge of
them have lived at Cadiz andSevill in Spaine And otherwise hee cannot
depose:-/
To the fifth hee saith, That the ffactors predeposed did lade or cause to bee laden on board
the shipp the Morning Starr the silver and moneyes predeposed. And further hee
cannot depose:/
To the sixth hee saith, hee was not present at the signing of the bills of lading interrate
And otherwise cannot depose./
To the seaventh hee saith, hee verily beleeveth, That the bills of Ladeing annexed to the
Allegation interrate and the other bills of lading of the same tenor remaining in the Registry
of this Court, are true and reall bills of ladeing, and no way fictitious or Colourable,
this deponent being well acquainted with the firme or usuall signature of the said Michael
Van Lubkin. And otheriwse he cannot depose./
To the eighth hee saith, hee hath seene a booke now remaining in the Registry of this
Court, wherein the same were Consigned. And otherwise hee cannot depose
To the 9.th hee referreth himselfe to his ext precedent deposition. And otherwise deposeth not.
To the 10.th hee saith hee cannot depose.
To the 11.th hee saith, hee is verily perswaded in Conscience that the silver and moneyes
now Claymed doe really and truely belong to the interrate Pinquett, and to no
person or persons Subjects of the States or King interrate either directly or indirectly
And otherwise cannot depose.
To the 12.th hee saith the interrate Pinquett did acquaint this deponent by letters of advice
That the silver and moneys now Claimed were laden at Cadiz as is predeposed for his
the said Pincquetts. And otherwise saving his foregoing deposition hee saith hee
cannot depose/
To the 13:th hee cannot depose, saving his foregoing deposition:-
To the 14:th hee saith, hee this deponent being at Cadiz did see a Tunne of yarne being
Marked I.P. sent from Jacques Pinquett to his ffactor David Klinker at Sevill
which this deponent received at Cadiz, and transmitted to the said Klinker, and beleeveth
that the baggs of Ryalls now Claymed are the proceede thereof, And further saith
the said Tunne of yearn was sent from Ostend in the shipp the Keysar
Peter de Keysar Master And the sayd Peter Jansen de Yonge at the time of this
deponents being at Cadiz in the yeare 1652: in the moneth of October of the same yeare
did see certaine fflemmish Lace and Linen Cloath in the hands of Peter Jansen de
Yonge, which hee told this deponent did belong unto the said James Pincquett, which
this deponent thense also observed by the markes thereof, And beleeveth that the
17. barretons of silver now claymed were and are the proceed of the said goods. And
otherwise cannot depose.
To the 15:th negatively, saying this deponent was in England at the time of the ladeing
interrate
To the 16:th hee saith he is a native of Louvaine in Brabant and his usuall
habitation is at Antwerpe, hee saith hee hath no manner of interest in the silver
or monies now Claymed, nor doeth hee expect any benefitt by the restitution thereof,
neither is hee Servant of Kinsman to the producent. And otherwise cannot
depose:/
To the 17:th and 18:th hee saith hee cannot depose:/
To the 19:th hee referreth himselfe to his answer to the 14th Interrogatorie. And
otherwise hee cannot depose./
