Examined upon the said Allegation./:-

Adrian Van Zolio de Yonghe of
Louvaine in Brabant Merchant aged 24 yeares or
thereabouts sworne and examined:-
To the first and second articles of the said Allegation hee saith and deposeth
That for the space of ten yeares last past hee this deponent well knoweth the
arlate James Piniquett, who is a ffleming borne, and hath for all the time predeposed
lived and beene a Merchant at Antwerp, and is a Subject of and to the king of
Spaine, and hath during the said time had his servants and Correspondents at Cadiz
and other places in Spaine to receive his Merchandizes sent from Antwerp and fflanders
and to remitt the proceeds thereof unto him, And for such the said Pincquett was
and is commonly accompted and reputed. And otherwise cannot depose:/
To the third and fourth articles hee saith, That within the time arlate videlicet in the monethes
of December January and ffebruary last past or some of them Pieter Jansen de Yonge
and David Klincker ffactors to the arlate James Pinquett did lade or cause to bee laden
on board the shipp the Morning Starr at Cadiz for the accompt of the producent the
silver and moneyes arlate
