To the Crosse Interrogatories [CENTRE HEADING]
To the first he saith that on or about the eleaventh day of October last
he this Rendent embarked himselfe as a passenger aboard the Salvador
and was aboard her att the tyme of seizure. And further he cannot
depose
To the fourth and fifth he saith that the producents howse is in Bread[?street]
and Lafflys house in the plate street of Saint Lucar, And saith that the money
and plate aforesayd were received aboard by the Pursers of the sayd shipps
respectively. And further referring himselfe to his former depositions
he cannot depose.
