To the Interrogatories in the second place:-/ [CENTRE HEADING]

To the first and second hee saith hee hath heard that it is prohibited in
Spaine to transport bullion and coyne from thence without any
especiall Lycence obtained for the same, but saith notwithstanding the said
prohibition it hat been and still is usuall amongst Merchants in
fflanders to receive great returnes of silver from thence without any interrup=
tion. And otherwise cannot depose
