- Replace 'This is the footnote text' with the footnote you wish to add, using the format: first name, surname, title, (place of publication, date of publication), page or folio number
- Save the page

To the Crosse Interrogatories:- [CENTRE HEADING]
To the first hee referreth to his foregoing deposition./
To the second hee saith hee hath knowne the interrate John Smeesters by
Correspondencie as aforesaid for about 10. yeares Last past, and Gerrard Riper
for about the same time, and John Lamotte for about 5. yeares last past
the two last whereof were often in Companie with this deponent and the said
Respective Masters aforesaid at Cadiz, during the time their shipps remained
there, And otherwise cannot depose not being personally present when the
sylver in question was so laden:-

Antwerp Burgher and inhabitant there, and the said Gerard Ryper is also
accompted a Native of Antwerp, and liveth in the Saint ffrancis street at
Cadiz where hee is married and the said John Lamotte a fflandrian of Brudges and dwelleth in the street de
