To the tenth hee saith that the said Peter Lams lived in Ostend when the
said silver was laden, and till dunquirke was regained by the
Spaniards, and now hee liveth at dunquirke, and was and is a
fleming and a subiect of the kinge of Spaine, and his name was
only used on the behalfe of the said producents for consigning
the plate unto him by reason of his commodious dwelling in the said
port where the said shipps were to arive, and where the same was
to be landed or delivered, And for a subiect of the kinge of
Spaine hee was and is commonly accompted and reputed. And
otherwise hee cannot depose.

To the 11th hee saith that the said producent James Pinquet was and
is a fflandrian borne at a place neere [?Conman] neere lile otherwise called
Rissell in fflanders in the dominion of the king eof Spaine and the
said George Boschaert was and is a hamburger borne and for such
and marchants of good accompt they were and are commonly reputed
And saith the said James Pinquet hath lived tenn yeares or thereabouts
last of this deponents sight and lnowledge in Antwerp, where the said
Boschaert hath dwelt about two yeares last and before that for
4 yeares at Cadiz in Spaine for all which time this deponent hath
dwelt with him in the said places.
