- Replace 'This is the footnote text' with the footnote you wish to add, using the format: first name, surname, title, (place of publication, date of publication), page or folio number
- Save the page

To the second hee saith hee hath knowne the interrae Sara Smetsarta
for about 14 yeares last past and the interrate Gerard Ryper for
about 10. yeares last past, whith whom and the said Christian Cloppen:
burgh this deponent was severall times in Companie during the time
the said shipp remained at Cadiz in the voyage in question, and saith
the said factor was aboard the said shipp at Cadiz together with this
deponent but not at the time of the lading of the silver predeposed.

To the 4:th hee saith hee beleeveth the said Sara Smetsarta is an Antwerp
borne, and hath lived for about 8 yeares last past at Antwerp, and
formerly at Sevill in Spaine, and saith the said Gerard Ryper is also as
hee beleeveth a Native of Antwerp, and now liveth in the Saint ffrancis
street in Cadiz, where hee hath his wife and family. And otherwise
cannot depose:-/
