Examined upon an Allegation on the behalf
of the said Claymer./

Pedro Van de Wyer of dunquirke in
fflanders Merchant aged 26. yeares or thereabouts
sworne and examined saith and deposeth as
followeth videlicet:
To the first second and third articles of the said Allegation hee saith and deposeth
That the arlate Sarah Smetsarts this deponents mother hath lived
and kept her house and family at Antwerp for eight yeares last past or
thereabouts, and was and is a Subject of the king of Spaine, during all
that time and till this present, and hath for theise three yeares last past
sent divers goods wares and Merchandizes from thence to Cadiz and Saint
Lucar for her owne accompt, and hath her ffactors residing there, to whom this
deponent during that time hath in the behalf of his said mother sent severall letters
of advise for the making of returnes of silver and moneys in liew of the said
goods
