Examined upon the sayd allegation.

Robert Demetrius of London merchant servant
and cashier to his precontest James Stanier aged
22 yeares or thereabouts a witnes sworne and
examined deposeth and saith as followeth. videlicet.

and goods in the Sampson and Salvador}

Examined upon the sayd allegation

ffrancisco Lopez of Sevilia in Spaine merchant
aged 21. yeares or thereabouts a witnes sworne
and examined deposeth and saith as followeth videlicet

To the sayd allegation and severall articles therein This deponents aith that he was
att Cadiz in the moneth of July 1652 and then and there being upon the
stran[?d] saw a young man belonging to Seignour fferdinando Nunez a
neighbour of this deponent in Sevilia putt into a boat the three serons of
fine grayne now claymed marked as in the margent, which sayd young

man a Spaniard then told this deponent that he was foeing to lade the
same by order of the sayd Nunez aboard the shipp the Salvador'/ Christian
Cloppenbergh Master then lyeing in the bay of Cadiz and for the risgo
and accompt of the producent Jasper Lorenzo who was and is by
fame and report an Inhabitant of Antwerpe and a subiect of the
King of Spaine and saith that he saw the sayd young man goe off in
that sayd boat with the sayd graine towards the sayd shipp whither
he arribed safely therewith and having laden the same upon his
returne did declare to this deponent that he had laden the sayd
