To the 15th hee saith that he this Examinate is of Newport in
flanders by birth and dwelling in Ostend. And saith
hee is in noe degree of Kindred or otherwise related to the
producents, nor hath hee any interest at all in the money now
claymed the restitution or condemnation whereof will neuther advantage
or preiudice this deponent And further cannot depose.

To the 16th hee referreth himselfe to his foregoeing deposition And
otherwise cannot depose.

To the 17th hee cannot depose

To the 18th hee saith that the money now claymed was laden
on bord the said ship whilest shee remained within the Command
of the ffortresse att Cadiz. And further cannot depose.

To the 19th hee hath given full satisfaction hereunto in his
foregoeing deposition And further cannot depose.

To the 20th and 21th hee saith that hee knoweth not the Lawe
of Spaine touching the matter interrated but saith that [?of
this deponents owne propper sight and knowledge money
Plate and Bullion hath bin and is by stealth comonly and [?XXXX] taken and
brought from Spaine to fflanders and other places. And
further cannot depose.
