and of the mariners of the sayd}
shipp for their goods in the same}
Suckly Smith.}

Examined upon an allegation given in and admitted in
the Acts of this Court on the behalfe of the sayd
Martin Suer and his sayd Mariners

Jurian Wittegrove of Ostell in the Bishoprick
of Bremen Mariner one of the Company of the sayd
shipp the Hope aged 29 yeares or thereabouts a
