servant, ha[?ckasur] servant to one of the said Jacomos, Groyerin the

he cannot answeare saveinge as aforesaid:

To the nineth he saith that since the said tyme of theire beinge [?out]
of the said shipp as aforesaid this deponent has not seene seene the
said Captaine Audric nor anie other of the ffrench thereunto
belongine, and he is well assured that the said claymers the
producents nor anie of them have allsoe not seene them because
he this deponent was allwayes in theire the said producents Compani[?a]
after theire said departinge from the said shipp nor did they the said
Captaine or anie other ffrenchman or men advise or [XXXXX] them
to come for England to claime or pursue the restauration of theire
sayd goods here in England, but they came thereabouts of theire owne
accord, and beare theire owne chardges and expenses which money
supplyed them att Ligorna by theire owne Countrie[?i]men, and saith
they were not by anie ffrench suplied with money for their charges
nor are anie ffrench to beare the charge of theire voyage nor to
have anie proffitt att all what they claime or shall recover And
otherwise he cannot depose:/

To the last hee saith that the said producent kamal went from the said place
where they were landed to Trapany, thence in a boate to Palermo and
thence the said kamal and other of their company
went in a Galli[?a] to Lingorn[?a] and the said Jacomo and other of their company
went in a barque from [XXXX] to Ligorn{?a] where they all met together
and from Ligorna[?a] they came by boate Marseilla, thence by [?land] tp
Callice and thence by boate to dover, but whether it was a ffrench or
English boat that soe brought them to dover hee saith hee knoweth not

their goods in the Saint Martin}

Examined upon an allegation and
schedule given in on the behalfe of
the said Ugula Arm[XXX] and
hoiah Marco.

Hojah Peter of the Royall citia of Spaham in
Persia Merchant, aged 23 yeares or thereabouts
sworne and examined.

To the first and second articles of the said allegation hee saith and deposeth that
in and for the time arlate the producents Ugula Armeno and hojah Marco
were and at present are and ought to be the true and lawfull owners and
proprietors of the said respective goods mentioned in the two schedules annexed
videlicet the said Ugula Armeno of those mentioned in the first and the
said hojah Marco of those mentioned in the second of the said schedules and
for such they were and are commonly accompted and reputed, which hee knoweth
being well acquainted with the said persons, and knowing that the
said Ugula Armeno by his factor bought his said goods at Smirna with readie money and
[XXXXX] [XX] hee sent to that effect from Ligorne to Smirna of this deponents
certaine knowledge, but for the said hojah Marco hee saith that hee bought his
three bales schedulated at [?AngXXla] in the Turkes dominions, a place [XXXX]
[XXX commodities is] usually vended, And further saith that within the said time
