To the sixth hee saith that the said producents came immediately from
Persia with the said goods to Smyrna, and came to now part [XXXX]
[XXXX], to which port of Smirna hee brought the said goods in his
possession as aforesaid, and saith the said producents laded the said
goods to be transported as aforesaid upon [XXXX] proper [XXXXX] and
advantage and were to [XXXXX] the hazard thereof from Smirna to
Ligorne, and otherwise hee answereth negatively, savin as aforesaid

To the seaventh Interrogatorie hee saith that the said Captaine [XXXX] signed
one other bill of lading of the same tenor of and agreeing with
the said three bills annexed to the said allegation of this deponents sight and
knowledge, which other bills or duplicates the said producents lfet
behinde them at Smirna, because that in case of any hazard that mihjt befall
them and those bills they carried with them [XX] the voyage, [XXXX XXXXX]
[XXXX] the [XXXX] to share upon sending for them, And otherwise saving
his foregoeing deposition hee answereth negatively, saving the said producents
were and undertooke to pay the said Captaine Audrick [XXXXXX[ for the
fr[?a]ight and transportation of ther said goods according to the said bills
of lading and not otherwise, saving that hoiah Sarakan was to pay [XXXX] money
at ligorn[?a] according to his said bill[?s]

To the eighth hee saith the said shipp and goods were taken to the [?said GUTTER]
[XXXXX] of the producents shipps neare [XXXX] about [?five] month[XX GUTTER
since (as hee remembreth the time) upon and after w[?which] [XXXX GUTTER]
the said producents after they had bin kept about [XXX] [?said shipp]
Saint Martin about tenn dayes, were put into a barke [XX XXXXX XXXX GUTTER]
[XXX] seized them and turned ashore neare Trepany in Sicilia
by order (as hee taketh it) of Captaine hale, to wh[?ere] they were
carried out of the Saint Martin, before they were turned ashore, and
saith that this deponent, his precontest hoghia Peter and [XXX GUTTER]
other Armenian marchants their companions that are come [?aboard GUTTER]
with them and five Armenian servants belonging to them, and [XXX GUTTER]
aforesaid [?Venetian] Mariners and two or three men and as many [XX GUTTER]

said producents.
