sworne and Examined as aforesaid
doeth depose alike in all things as in his
foregoeing deposition on the behalfe of the
Assurers and the assured, save only that,
in stead of Humphrey Beane Gilbert Lambell
is to bee [?inserted].

in a businesse of assurance./}

Edward Arlibeere of the parishe
of Saint Mary Matsellon London Marriner
aged 29. yeares or thereabouts sworne
the day above aforesaid before the right worshipfull William
Clarke doctor of lawes one of the Judges of the
higher Court of the Admiralty. and examined upon Interrogatories
ministred on the behalfe of the said Co[XX] and others
saith and deposeth as followeth

To the first Interrogatorie hee saith and deposeth That hee
this deponent was master and Commander of the said
ship the Mathew and John Interrogated at such tyme as shee
was last at the Canaryes. And saith that hee this deponent with the said
ship departed from the Canarye Ilands for London
(to which Port she was bound to discharge) upon or
about the ninth day of Januarye Last past
Englishe stile. And otherwise hee cannot depose.

To the second Interrogatorie hee saith that the said shipp
after she departed from the Canaryes and as shee
was in her course for London off the Island of
Scilly
