[?XXXXXXXXXXXXX] whilst the winde and weather
were felt to carry the said shippe ober the
barr aforesaid did wilfully and uppon his
owne occasions and not in the service and
ymployment of the said Bladewell
stay in the river of Archangell within
the barr with the said shippe by the
space of divers dayes above the number
of sixe dayes to his certaine knowledge
who was at that tyme at Archangell
and did observe the same, Et alr nescit.
Ad 15um affirmat, That the said Bladewells
factor by reason of the said Masters
neglecte as aforesaid, did protest against
the said Master for not departinge from
Archangell and not saileinge over the
barr asn the schedule arlate is contayned
which schedule hee sayeth is the
originall protest made by the said Bladewells
factor against the said Master. And hee sayeth
