Richardus Jagger de Stepneye in Comitatu Middlesex Stuffe weaver
aetats 50 annorum aut circiter testis in hac parte productus
iuratus et examinatus, dicit quoad Thoma Turner partem producen
a menss May 1634 ult aetapss et Thomam
Tilson et Danielem Witgrice ab eodem temp novit ut dicit.

Ad primum secundum et reliquos arlos allegaconis in hac parte dat et oblat dicit et
deponit That in the moneth of Maye Anno domini 1634. this deponent havinge bene
at Norwich in his returne came to Yarmouth to gett shippinge or passage
from thence for London, and there by chance happened uppon a shipp which was to
come from thence to London within a fewe dayes and two of the company of
that shipp carryed this deponent with them to one [?mrs] whites house on
Suffolke side of Yarmouth bridge to drincke a cuppe of beere there, and
there were at the same tyme fower other men drinckinge in a lower roome
uppon the same floore where this deponent and the sayd two
saylors were drinckinge
