22nd Septembris 1637
John Kippe of the parishe of Allhallowes Barkinge London merchant aged about
50ty yeares sworne before the worshipfull Dctor Exton in Surrogate to the
righte worshipfull Sir Henry marten Knighte Judge of his Majesties high Courte of the Admiralty
beinge examined uppon certaine Interrogatories on the behalfe of Mr John and
Vincent Delabarr of London merchants saieth thereunto as followeth videlicet./

the said Nicholas fferaro did write and dispatch all or most parte of the
Itlaian letters and dispatches for the said John and Vincent Delabarr
and was entertained by them as theire servant for that purpose
which hee knoweth to bee true for that hee this rendent being brother in lawe to John Delabarr
aforesaid had some correspondencie with the said John and Vincent
Delabarr, and hath often had speech with the said fferaro aboute his imployments
and the said fferaro alwayes told him that hee was imployed bu the said Delabars
for the dispatch of there Italian Letters and affaires to Italy as aforesaid.
