15th May 1637

Hugh Rochford of Tagorman in the County of Waxford in Ireland, [?Esquire]
aged about 30 yeares sworne before the worshipfull William sames Doctor of Lawes
Surrogate to the righte worshipfull Sir Henry Marten Knighte Judge of his Mjestyes
high Court of the Admiralty sayeth and deposeth uppon his oath as followeth

That about Christmas 1636 past this deponent beinge at the house of [?JXXXX]
Moore of Tenby in the Countye of Pembrooke Esquire and havinge some c[?XXX]
with the sayd Moore about a shipp called the Waterhound which ws brought
into Tenbye aforesayd
