porte of London all the goods wares and
merchandizes which were inboard her
at such time as this respondent came
to bee Master of her and all such as were
laden aboard her att the Barbadoes the
voyadge in question as hee beleeveth and
especially the goods arlate were by this
respondent and his Company delivre=
red out of the said shippe with Lighters
sent by the owners of the said goods
or theire Assignes to receive the same
and noe parte of the same were or was
detained by this respondent or any of
the rest of the Company of the said
shipp as hee beleeveth And otherwise
hee doeth not beleeve the said pretensed
postition to bee true in any parte/
To the sixth pretensed position hee answereth
and beleeveth that att the time of the
ladeing of the Butt of sugar arlate
aboard the said shippe the Jonathan and
Abigall the same was worth the summe
of fifteene poundes and noe more as hee beleeveth
And otherwise hee doeth not beleeve the
said pretensed position to bee true in any
parte thereof
To the 7th. pretensed position hee answereth and
referreth himselfe to the records of
this Court which hee beleeveth to bee true
And otherwise hee doeth not beleeve the
said pretnsed position to bee true in any parte
To the 8th. pretensed position hee answereth and
beleeveth that it hath beene complained
of to this Court on the behalfe of the
said Austerly but not iustly as hee
