to the schedule arlate which they and every
of them beleeve to bee the originall charter
party made for the voyadge arlate and
to bee signed sealed and delivered as
is arlate And otherwise they doe not
nor any of them doeth beleeve the said
position to bee true in any parte thereof

To the third pretensed position they and
every of them answer and referre them
selves to the said schedule or charter party
which they beleeve to bee true And other
wise they doe not nor any of them doeth
beleeve the said pretensed position to bee true
in any parte thereof./

To the fourth pretensed position they and every
of them answer that they accept of the
