Transcription

Indicoe were delivered onboard
the arlate shipps the harry Bon
adventure and the hopewell in
the port or harbour of Legorne
out of the arlate shipp the Salva=
dore videlicet five into the hopewell
and five into the harry Bonad
venture which Barrills of Indico
were soe delivered by the servants
or agents of Martin Lister for
satisfaction of a debt due from the
said Martin Lister to these re=
spondents and theire owners and
Companye upon receipt of which
the said these rendents did acquitt
the said Martin Lister of the said
debt which Barrills of Indicoe were
brought to this porte of London in
the arlate shipps the hopewell and
the harry Boneadventure as afore=
said were aboard the said shipp att
the time of the pretended attachment
made by the said Sir Jacob Garrett
