of the Company of the said shippe the
Salvadore come aboard the said
shippe and used force mennaces and
threatening speeches to get into their
hands and possession some of the
goods which were aboard the said
shipp And otherwise for his parte
hee doeth not beleeve the same to bee
true in any parte
To the nineth psoition hee anwereth and
accepteth of the same soe farre forth
as it maketh for him and not other
wise and hee beleeveth that Ten
Barrills of Indicoe which are arrested
in this cause were by force and
violence and against the good will and
likeing of the Master and Company of the
Salvadore arlate taken out of the said
shipp and carried onbord the said
shipps the harry Bonadventure and
the hopewell videlicet five Barrills abord
each shipp And otherwise for his parte
hee doeth not beleeve this position
to bee true in any parte
To the 10th position hee answereth and
accepteth of the same soe farre forth
as it maketh for him and not other
wise and hee beleeveth That after
the said Ten Barrills of Indicoe
were by force and menaces gotten
out of the shipp the Salvadore into
the shipps the harry Bonadventure
and the hopewell they were brought
